- Take semolina add curd, water, salt into it, mix it well, put aside for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins add baking soda into mixture and make a batter semi liquid
- Meanwhile, take oil add green chili-ginger paste add all the masala and mashed potato, mix it well
- Make a tikki of masala
- Grease hand sandwich machine,pour half batter into it, place tikki in between
- Cover the tikki with batter, keep it on gas stove on medium flame.
- Turn side by side you can also make on nonstick tawa.
- Healthy sandwich is ready now taste it like it.
