- Heat the oil in a frying pan in high flame. Add Onion and garlic and fry till the onion turns transparent and garlic turns golden brown. Add Capsicum and fry for a minute.
- Add the chopped vegetables and fry for approximately 2-3 minutes on high flame till the vegetables start giving out nice fragrance.
- Add rice, stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add Schezwan sauce/powder to the rice and mix thoroughly with constant stirring in high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion leaves and serve it with Coleslaw Sandwich.
- For Coleslaw Sandwich, Mix finely chopped lettuce and capsicum with mayonnaise sauce in a bowl. Add finely ground fresh pepper and sprinkle some herbs (Basil/Oregano) to the mixture.
